All will agree that time is our most valuable asset. We recognize that time is a factor for everyone. We appreciate that a special time, just for you, is sometimes hard to find and we thank you for spending your precious time with us.

We also understand that there are times when an appointment cannot be kept. We request

a 24 hour notice to cancel any single service appointment;
a 48 hours notice to cancel any two services;
a 72 hour notice to cancel three or more services.

Please help us by notifying us as soon as possible. These notice requests help us to avoid the unpleasant position of charging a cancellation fee of 50% of total cost of services which will be billed to the clients account if cancellation is not within allotted time. This applies to gift certificates as well. The gift certificate value will be reduced by the fee.
