This massage using deep pressure, focuses on specific areas of the body suffering from muscle tension. It helps to relieve strained muscles, improves flexibility and range of motion.

Prenatal Massage
A light massage which assists in releasing lower back pain, water retention, and sciatica. Recommended for second and third trimesters only.

Soothing Stone Massages
Allow deep penetrating heat of volcanic basalt stones which are used to massage the body using traditional techniques that will melt your tension away.  A truly unique experience.
