At Spa Almaz, your satisfaction and comfort is our top priority.  We will make every effort to provide you with a caliber of treatment and personal service that is unparalleled.  The following are some guidelines that we hope will help enhance your visit with us.


Setting the stage for a great experience

          Be sure to talk to your technician about areas of your body that are injured, sore or tense.  Mention any medical conditions such as pregnancy, high blood pressure, heart problems, headaches, varicose veins or recent surgery.  Also, if you have any type of infectious disease such as a cold or flu, or a skin rash, it is important that you tell us before all services as it may increase the health risk, or discomfort you may experience.

          Most spa services will disrupt your hair and make-up.  You may use our complimentary showers and hair products or supplies which are located in the vanity area, or feel free to bring your own personal items.  Please remember to check your locker and robe pockets before leaving.  The spa is not responsible for items lost or left behind.


Spa Etiquette 

          The spa is a tranquil oasis for all who may enter.  Please respect the silence and privacy of others by speaking softly throughout the spa and turning your cellular phones and pagers off.  Please join us 15-30 minutes prior to your appointment time to check in, complete intake form, change into your robe and become acquainted with our unique facility.  Should you be arriving later than expected, keep in mind that appointments begin and end on time in order to accommodate all of our guests in a prompt fashion.  Please allow 5 to 10 minutes transition time between each service.



          To maintain a serene atmosphere, we ask that you do not bring children under the age of 12 to the spa with the exception of those coming for Mother and Little Princess packages or treatments specified for younger children.  All children under 18 must have an adult sign the initial consultation form.


Cancellation Policy

           We understand that there are times an appointment cannot be kept.  We require a:

                   24 hour notice to cancel any single service

                   48 hour notice to cancel any two services

                   72 hour notice to cancel any three or more services

 Please help us by notifying us as soon as possible.  These notices help us to avoid the unpleasant position of charging a cancellation fee of 50% of total cost of services which will be billed to the client’s account.  This applies to the gift certificates as well.  The gift certificate value will be reduced by the fee.  A Credit Card deposit may be required at the time of booking.
